After 25 years dedication in the recruitment sector, specialising in Engineering across Energy and Critical Infrastructure, I’ve had the privilege of working globally, supporting and delivering on some of the most complex and challenging projects in the field.
Having travelled internationally to understand the environments and nuiences  “boots on the ground” on all project sites partnering with clients and candidates across continents, this journey has given me a clear perspective on what it really takes to build high-performing teams in demanding environments.
